The prize-giving of Kairos Pegasus* at the Euro Hedge Awards 2014, ceremony reserved for the best funds in the European hedge industry, held in London in January, offered the opportunity to open the curtain on Kairos.
The editors of Euro Hedge dedicated an entire report to Kairos, which goes through the main stages of the journey that has led the Group, created in 1999 under the leadership of Paolo Basilico, now Chairman and CEO, to count on a structure of 140 employees, 21 partners, approximately 8 billion Euro assets under management and offices in Milan, London, New York, Rome, Turin and Lugano.
Even the London-based magazine “The Hedgefund Journal” decided to ride the news through an interview with the Federico Riggio, portfolio manager of Kairos Pegasus: a detailed overview on the decisions that made this fund achieve a performance for 2014 of 53%.
