Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), established or managed by the Kairos Group, are reserved for professional investors, as defined in CONSOB Regulation on Intermediaries. Certain AIF, if established in their documentation, may also be subscribed by non-professional investors for a total amount of no less than € 100,000, pursuant to Italian Ministerial Decree No. 30 of 5 March 2015, as modified by Ministerial Decree No. 19 of 13 January 2022.

European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIF), established or managed by the Kairos Group, are closed-end Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), available to both professional investors and retail investors who hold certain requirements with regards to knowledge and experience, financial situation and investment goals, pursuant to articles 28 and subsequent of Regulation (EU) 2015/760 of the European Parliament and Council of 29 April 2015. Given that it is closed-end, investments in ELTIFs should be considered illiquid as the investors do not have the right to redeem their units until the end of the life-cycle of the fund in question.

In order to access information relating to AIFs and ELTIF Funds, it is necessary to click on “Confirm” to confirm that you understand the restrictions on accessing investment in the aforementioned funds and the illiquid nature of investment in ELTIF Funds.
