How to send a complaint
Any complaints can be sent in writing with a handwritten signature to:

Alternatively, complaints can be sent by email to the following address:
Response time and complaint management
Kairos Partners SGR will treat any complaints received with the utmost seriousness and will send an answer in writing to the Client, within 60 days of receiving the complaint.
If the Client does not receive a reply to the complaint within the established timeframe or is unsatisfied by the outcome of the complaint, they can contact the arbitrator for financial disputes.
