A track record year for KIS ActivESG and KIS US Millennials ESG

One year after launch, KIS ActivESG and KIS US Millennials ESG, the first two ESG products of Kairos, recorded interesting performances.

The achieved results reflect the effectiveness of the investment choices, confirming the quality of management and Kairos ability to anticipate new trends and to be able to grab the various opportunities on the markets in a timely manner. In addition, attention to ESG criteria, increasingly essential even in the financial context, is confirmed as an important competitive factor, which – in addition to supporting investment strategies – satisfies the demand of customers who are increasingly attentive to issues of responsibility.

In particular, KIS ActivESG – the first born among the Kairos sub-funds, oriented towards socially responsible investments, characterised by strong managerial flexibility, being a long-short product – concluded 2020 with a + 13.71%, against a benchmark of -1.67%. At the end of last year, the solution awarded Kairos Partners SGR to the podium of the Private Banking Awards 2020 in the SRI category, confirming the company’s commitment and the validity of the product in such a complex year.

KIS US Millennials ESG also recorded + 47.69%, (vs benchmark of + 18.92%) thanks to the portfolio managers ability to ride the exceptional acceleration of sectors relevant to Generation Y due to the Covid pandemic -19.
