Kairos is “Leader di Solidarietà 2021”

Kairos has been recognized as a “Leader di Solidarietà“: this is a recognition by Class Editore to all the companies that played a role in the social environment during the Covid-19 emergency.

Fabrizio Rindi, Chairman of Kairos, told in an interview about the solidarity initiatives implemented during 2020, both for the community and for its employees.

In particular, he reminded the support for the Francesca Rava Onlus Foundation, during the first phase of the pandemic with a donation aimed at the purchase of medical materials for the Milan Polyclinic (read the article = link to the article of 20 March 2020). Also during the Christmas period Kairos, through the Foundation, offered a further contribution in favor of three foster homes in Milan, Turin and Rome, giving a day of joy through the project “Babbo Natale esiste per tutti (Santa Claus exists for everyone)”, (read the article = link to the Christmas article ESG section).

Furthermore, Kairos set up in record time smart working and a supplementary health policy for Covid-19, to allow its employees live the emergency period in safety and strengthening its corporate welfare (read the article = link to article of 23 March 2020).

The “Leader di solidarietà” program, launched worldwide by Class Editori and named “Outstanding Crisis Leadership in 2020” on Global Finance, was declined in its Italian version with an initiative promoted by MF-Milano Finanza and Capital. The program aims to recognize the excellence of those who have worked with determination and generosity in the situation of the extraordinary emergency, identifying banks, financial institutions and companies that have committed themselves to respond to the crisis caused by the global pandemic by assisting their customers, protecting employees and providing fundamental support to society in general.
