Three Kairos KIS funds named CFS Rating’s best

30 April 2014

No fewer than three Kairos products are ranked among the year’s best in CFS Rating’s tenth annual guide to the top 300 funds: KIS Bond Plus, KIS Europa and KIS Small Cap, three Kairos Partners SGR SICAVs.

This confirms the success of the KIS Bond Plus fund managed by Rocco Bove, which placed in the top returns quintile for international bonds. CFS Rating’s guide states: “The fund invests in a wide range of bond issues with great freedom, seeking absolute returns (…) In 2013, it performed well, in contrast with the performance trends of most international bond funds”. According to CFS Rating, its strengths include: “From the start, management has been able to generate sound performance, which is an excellent sign for the future”.

KIS Europa is a new entry in the ranking published by CFS Rating. Managed by Federico Trabucco, KIS Europa is classified in the European equity category. “The fund is relatively young (…) but already stands out for its excellent performance achieved through aggressive portfolio composition. Active fund management began operations generating competitive returns above those of the market”.

The top 300 funds selected by CFS Rating – an organization specialized in financial analysis solutions and asset and wealth management support tools and solutions – also include David Grazzini’s KIS Small Cap in the balanced and flexible product category. “The fund is a very specific, flexible product that invests in both debt instruments and equities with a focus on small to medium caps”. KIS Small Cap’s special characteristics? “For over two years, the fund has enjoyed constant growth and contained volatility”.
