Co-founder and minority shareholder of the Kairos Group, he is a Director and Chief Investment Officer at Kairos Partners SGR.

He is the author of short stories and financial books including “Everything is broken up and dances” and “The Devils. Finance told by its black box”, as well as the creator of the website www.idiavoli.com.

In 1994 he began his professional career within the Fineco Group, where his role was manager of the Cisalpino Bilanciato fund and of the Cisalpino Indice fund, the number one Italian equity fund in 1996. Then he was Head of Proprietary Trading at Giubergia Warburg.
