Currently he is Chief Executive Officer of all the Kairos Group companies and minority shareholder.

Castelli brings a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his long career, which started in Fineco in 1993 where he was General Manager and Head of Investments, Castelli has held leading positions in the Asset Management industry, including the roles of General Manager and Chief Investment Officer for the Alternative Investments department of Capitalia and CEO of Lehman Brothers Asset Management SGR. From 2016 to 2020 he held the position of CEO in Poste Italiane Group’s BancoPosta Fondi Sgr.

From 2009 to 2015 he also gained significant entrepreneurial experience as a partner in independent financial advisory firm Eidos Partners.

Degree in Business Economics from the University of Brescia.
