Specialised in Venture Capital, she was Founder and Managing Partner of RedSeed Ventures. Elisa began her career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst. Later she joined Procter & Gamble, where she worked as a Brand Manager. She sits on the board of directors of several start-ups and innovative companies. At Kairos she is portfolio manager of the Kairos Ventures ESG One fund.

In May 2022 she obtained the “ESG Analysis & Investing Certificate” in partnership with CFA Society Italy and MIP.

Graduate in Management Engineering at the Tor Vergata University of Rome.
